Does Elysium Aesthetics and Vein Care accept insurance?

Yes, we do accept insurance for varicose vein treatments. Our clinic is in-network with Horizon BCBS, Oxford, United Healthcare, QualCare, and Medicare. If your insurance determines that your veins meet medical criteria, treatment can be covered under your plan. Treatments that are purely cosmetic, however, are not covered by insurance.

Does Elysium Aesthetics and Vein Care accept same-day appointments?

Absolutely! If we have availability, we would be happy to accommodate your appointment. If the same day is not available, our staff would be happy to help find an appointment that works for your schedule.

Appointments:

If you anticipate being late to your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a call. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that if our schedule is full, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy:

We’ve reserved this appointment time especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Our missed visit fees are :

Laser Hair Removal : Deduction of 1 session for each area booked.

Doctor Visit : $100

Facial : Cost of the facial appointment.
